but here’s what it all comes down to—- Quite a long time ago, I made
this silly little blog for something to do, and maybe get some writing
practice out of it. Since then, I’ve been able to interact with and take
inspiration from some amazing writers, and make fantastic friends.
Definitely deserving of a shout out! I know that quite a few people are

fashion. depends on the verse but in neverland, typically a very plant based design mixed with clothing from the mainland. if there is cloth involved, its a muddy green or a brown. more modern verses typically have pan in leather jackets && ragged jeans && so on. body. dangerous smiles && light laughter. brown eyes && messy hair, never cut quite right. a glimmer of adventure && fear in his emotions. lanky, but strong enough to fight && defend himself. scents. the smell of copper && dirt. small specks of sweat. in more modern verses, cigarette smoke && firewood. tastes. metal, specifically the metal taste of blood. fruits found in neverland. && a few hints of something sweet, picked up by the flowers that bloom. touch. the rush of wind as you run through a forest. the slight tingle of grass brushing against your skin. sunlight hitting your back. the sting of a cleaned cut. sounds. pipes playing a folkish tune. the low hums of boys who can’t quite remember how it goes but sing along anyways. the shaking of leaves as the wind blows through them. the ocean crashing onto the shore. swords colliding with one another. persona. a hidden past tucked away behind kind eyes. selfish && greedy, a child’s way of life. but emotional at times && defensive of what they do have. a heavy burden of fear broken down in a mind that hasn’t changed in centuries.

Because of all you wonderful people, of course! Really, I could never have gotten to this point without all of you, mutuals and non. None of you are just a number to me, because I know behind each and every blog is a person who deemed me worthy enough of your time and talent. ——-IT’S A NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!! But that doesn’t mean I don’t still have time to thank the people from last year who made 2015 so special for me.
